I was asked to film this “rally(?)” at pretty much the last minute by some of the students who were there.  I was impressed by how good the GoPro footage looked when you sped it up 10x-20x faster than originally shot.  I’ve tried some traditional timelapses with GoPros since then and haven’t had much luck getting decent results.  It seems like it is better to just run regular film and tweak it in post.  I’m still getting used to the steadicam, but I got some stuff worth keeping here.  Once again the low light capabilities of a DSLR really continue to blow me away.
